With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I focus on helping people achieve their goals with a supportive, down-to-earth approach.

Qualified with Cert III & IV (AIF), Strength & Conditioning Level 1 (ASCA), and additional certifications in areas such as core conditioning, circuit training, and nutrition, I offer tailored training that's both effective and enjoyable.

Whether in a studio, at the beach, or outdoors at sensational spots like Albert Park Lake, the Royal Botanical Gardens, or the 1000 Steps in the Dandenong Ranges, my aim is to make fitness simple, fun, motivating, and results-driven.
